Location
Perfectly placed so that you can be in the heart of St Leonards next to the restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk, and yet still get a good sleep. The boutique shops, sea front and supermarkets are all local as is Warriors Square, beach and mainline train station. Based on Church Road with St Mary Magdalen Church at the end of the road. Designed by Frederick Marrable and built in 185, is very typical of the town and shows a nice combination of a sloping corner site and use of local stone.

Travelling from the capital takes one and half hours. Free car parking is available outside and on surrounding streets.
By Bus
Traveling by bus from London Victoria Coach Station arrives to neighbouring Hastings town. Hastings coach station is located on Queens Road in the centre of the town. There are local buses to destinations and 24 hour taxi services operating outside of the station.
By Train
Take Southeastern trains from Charing Cross or Victoria to St Leonards Warrior Square in under 1 hour 40 minutes. Services depart every 30 minutes and operate every day.
